We are carrying out emergency maintenance work on our windows cluster during the following periods:

Monday 14th September 22:00Hrs - Tuesday 15th September 02:00 Hrs ( 4 Hours )
Between the above times, we need to briefly interrupt a small portion of our VMs in order to perform some small maintenance tasks, the interruptions should be no longer than 20 mins per VM, but we will monitor the change closely and limit the outages to the minimum required time.

Friday 11th September 23:00 - Saturday 12th September 01:00 Hrs ( 2 Hours )

This emergency work is required to resolve an outstanding issue and install the latest security update on the cluster nodes.  There is some risk associated with this work that might impact the availability of the live VM's.  While we intend to carry out the work in a non-disruptive way to our customers, it is important to be aware that our VM's should be considered "at-risk" during the above period.

Tuesday 4th July 00:00 - 01:00 Hrs

This work is expected to involve a 15-minute outage for the majority of hosted clients VPS'/VM's, however we have allowed for an outage of up to 1 hour to complete the work. This emergency work is required to resolve some issues with our 'Cluster Aware Updating' and we will be monitoring the work closely throughout the change window and post change.

This maintenance work should be non-intrusive and not interrupt any client services. There is, however, small risk of unexpected problems with any work such as this, so please be aware in case you experience any service loss during these periods.

The work will be carried out over the weekend of 9th-10th March 2019. The aim is to keep disruption to a minimum and servers will be live for the majority of the time, but there will be periods when all servers have to be switched off in order to upgrade the hardware. 

We hope to have all the work completed on the Saturday, but have extended the "at risk" period to include Sunday as a precautionary measure. 

The "at risk" period will therefore extend from 09.00am Saturday 9th March through to 23:59pm Sunday 10th March. Servers may go offline at any time through this period of planned maintenance.

The server will be unavailable for 3-5 hours and during this time your application(s) and/or website(s) will not be available.
