We are carrying out a physical memory update to two of our hypervisor host servers this evening. This change carries an element of risk.
We do not anticipate any downtime for any customer VMs.
While we carry out this work within the rack the platform will be considered "at-risk". We will monitor the change closely and have a good roll-back procedure in case issues are encountered.
The change window covers the duration of the change including some contingency.
