We are carrying out a BIOS Security update to one of our hypervisor host servers on Wednesday morning.  This change carries an element of risk.

While we carry out this work, a small percentage of our customers may experience an interruption to their service.  We are carrying this work during our normal early morning standard change window when we expect less people to be working.  We will monitor the change closely and have a good roll-back procedure in case issues are encountered. 

The 5am - 6am change window covers the duration of the change including some contingency.
