Due to an outage at our Internet Service Provider, all services running under *.esdm.co.uk were inaccessible from around 18.30 to 20.00 6th January 2020. We investigated immediately and traced the fault to our ISP, who confirmed it was part of a wider outage. Services were fully operational around 20.00.
