We are currently investigating an issue with the availability of some of our customer VMs
We will provide an update when more information is available. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Service is now fully restored and all VMs are available again. This interruption was caused by an issue with our cluster updating process and is now resolved. The cluster is now stable.
Once again we are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will look into the root cause analysis and put steps in place to try to ensure this does not re-occur.
